Microsoft Excel PivotTable tutorial

I need to teach myself how to do PivotTables in MS Excel 2003 (and I guess 2007 as well) for some stuff I have to do at work next week. Can anyone recommend a particularly good set of tutorials that not only explain what buttons to press but also demonstrate the full power of the PivotTable?

Best bet is to just have a play around with it. You'll pick it up in no time. It's an excellent little tool to summarise data sets.
