I've got a Microsoft Laser 5000 wireless keyboard and mouse... It used to be fine with FPS games etc... But then I updated to Windows 7 64 and got a new 24" monitor and system etc.... Now in FPS the game feels, well stuttering when using WASD...
Its odd, Crysis can use a 360 pad, and this works just fine, game is, well its as good as I can get - 45- ish FPS.. Feels just fine.. Yet use the keyboard to control the player, and its jerky..
Same for Call of Duty World at War, BF2 bad company and even Half Life 2. I ran fraps, and Half Life 2 runs a 60fps never drops, yet its jerky... This isn't right....
Can wireless keyboards cause jerky gameplay, lag or something? Should I just go back to wired? Its really annoying... As I say, Crysis uses a pad, and this is fine but its really hard to aim with a pad, rather use a keyboard..
