I'm interested in this course as I would like a better understanding of licensing and the software packages........

Has anyone completed the above?

Would be very interested to hear any feedback as this would be great knowledge for me to have and use at work...

Not done it myself (I do licence adherement not sales), but have a few friends who have. Joined a company and they trained them up. It's pretty simple stuff from what I know and most of it (if not all of it) can be done online.
