Was wonding If any1 owns one of these and if its any good?

Also i am wondering if there is any place to download the drivers for it?

my Cd/dvd combo drive doesnt seem to like reading CD's

or would it be possible to copy the files from the cd on another computer to a USB device then copy them onto the the main computer. And run the installation that way?

I own one and its ok, works fine, is cheap and ok build/picture quality.

You USB suggestion would work fine (as long as you have a big enough usb stick to hold the cd contents).

Forgot to add - after the initial driver install from cd, i had issues where launching a video chat in Skype would cause my pc to immediately reboot, dont know whether this was just my PC the camera or Skype but then the camera software prompted me that an update was available and downloaded a hefty 40+ meg software update. This solved the issue so i'd update straight away if you get one.

Asides from that, i'm happy with the thing and would recommend it.
