Posting this on behalf of a mate of mine. Basically hes just bought a new headset, the Microsoft LX-3000. When following the instructions out of the box this is what it tells him to do.
1/ Install Software
2/ When installing software, plug in headset when prompted
3/ Done
But when hes doing this and he plugs in the headset it detects it but still doesnt fully install the drivers and still leaves it as New Hardware Found - Microsoft LX-3000. The software is installed but he drivers for the headset arnt. Ive tried looking for the drivers manually on the internet but with no luck. Also tried all the programs on the internet aswell (LifeChat).
Hes using Vista 32bit Premium.
Any help would be much appreciated.
