microsoft media keyboard question

Hi,

does anyone know if the remote receiver that comes with the hauppauge PVR-500 works with the microsoft remote keyboard for MCE? it says on the advert for the keyboard that it requires the microsoft receiver, but as i will be getting a media remote with the tv card, im not buying a microsoft remote. the hauppauge remote is microsoft certified, so does this mean it will also be compatable with the keyboard, or would i need the actual microsoft one to make sure all the keyboard functions work?

I'll hopefully be placing the order tomorrow, so any quick response would be much appriciated.

I'm pretty sure you need the Microsoft receiver.

s'ok, i contacted hauppauge and they assure me that their receiver is fully compatable with the microsoft remote keyboard for MCE
