they are big because they have a "monopoly" and the fact that the computer market is one that cant be saturated merely lets them continue this monopoly tbh

However, I feel Microsoft are kind of right, the Wii is full of good pick up and play games, but bar Zelda, it has absolutely nothing that will draw you in through a serious game and it's the reason my Nintendo Wii has been in it's box since they added the Internet Browser.

In your case, but that's not true for very many other Wii owners.

There are "serious" games for the Wii, like the Godfather or Splinter Cell or Far Cry. Whether or not these are any good is a different matter - but that's down to the developers of the respective games and not Nintendo.

Good news for most of us then lol. On a seperate note I think that it would be fair to point out that MS is split into hundreds of different departments/companys ( mostly thanks to the US monopoly commision ) if one department is making a indefinate loss then its future isnt secure, regardless how well other departments are doing.
