Just a quick question , i am thinking about buying Microsoft Office 2010 Professional academic version , what the difference between Microsoft Office 2010 Professional & academic version ?

The license and the price. You usually get all the same stuff in the Student edition as you do in Professional.

A manual? :/

If you don't know how to do something use the help within the Office app you are struggling with. It is pretty intuitive so I can't imagine anyone needing a manual up-front! :p

Any difference in 64bit or 32bit versions of Office 2010 either?

ps3ud0

Cosmetically no, but I've found the 64-bit version to run quite a bit faster then the 32 when working with collosal files. I suspect the 64bit versions are probably also more stable and more secure.
