Just a quick question , i am thinking about buying Microsoft Office 2010 Professional academic version , what the difference between Microsoft Office 2010 Professional & academic version ?

The license and the price. You usually get all the same stuff in the Student edition as you do in Professional.

If you don't know how to do something use the help within the Office app you are struggling with. It is pretty intuitive so I can't imagine anyone needing a manual up-front!

While the included products are the same between versions, the academic license terms state it is officially for personal use only; using it to somehow profit is not allowed e.g. running a business. If you're just using it for studying then there's no problem.

Cosmetically no, but I've found the 64-bit version to run quite a bit faster then the 32 when working with collosal files. I suspect the 64bit versions are probably also more stable and more secure.
