Microsoft office graphical glitch

It doesn't look normal and everything seems to be really shaded. Image:

Try clicking the Office Orb, go to options, then select a different colour scheme (black, blue or silver IIRC)

See if that fixes it.

Fixed changed windows theme a couple of times now it's working.
