Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010 - it's for 1 user but 2 computers right?

So I have read in a magazine than Office 2010 Home and Business can be installed on 2 computers but I am confused ass I can't really find any information here but some other places advertise as 1 user / 2 computers. This is the same for the one that OcUK sells right?

And finally, can I install it on a server as well as other business computers?

Why advertise it?

Some shops just advertise "Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Business 1 User 2 PCs License" - and also I read in a magazine the same but it seems that it's all untrue as eula is the same as for 2007 office it seems.

Thanks for all your help guys :)

It is for two computers, just one needs to be portable.

does the EULA define "portable"?

i mean, you could argue that a desktop is "portable" in that it isn't chained to the floor and that you could quite successfully pick it up and walk down the street with it... :D

This is for business use. I suppose even if I did install one copy on a desktop and then another on a laptop this still should be used by the same person so it makes no use to us if I wanted to have it all legit.

We are a small company and volume license is out of question.

So I bought Retail Office Home and Business and now I can't install it on the server as it says it runs Terminal Services!!!!

What sort of con is that, it says we need a volume license etc to install it on our server, why on earth was this not mentioned anywhere when I was checking what version of office we need!
