Hi all
so I get Microsoft office from the university, and every time i open one of the office programs i get that message. if i choose "repair now" it closes, and if i re-open quickly enough i get an unlicensed version of office which works until closed.
much to-ing and fro-ing with the IT department has yeilded "it must be a corruption of the certificate" and has advised my only options are to re-install windows (which i can't, this laptop has a locked bios), or create a new user account (aka a massive pita)
was wondering if anyone has experienced something like this and if there's a permanent fix.
i've tried deleting office certificates in the user credentials portion of control panel and re-validating, but this only yeilds a temporary fix.
