Microsoft Outlook 2007 message problem

Currently got an outstanding IT issue which we have no idea why it's happening. Basically, someone keeps sending email messages from their Outlook but when the message is received there is no text appearing within the email. This appears to be intermittent as on some test emails the text has shown fine.

Anyone got any ideas?

Correction: It's Outlook 2003 on their computers....

Check the format of the mail, could be the mime format.
