Microsoft Outlook deleted folder recovery

Hi

My brother has accidentally deleted a folder from within Outlook 2003 and also from the deleted items folder. It is just a standalone e-mail client so no exchange server for recovery. Is there any software he can use to recover the deleted folder? He doesn't mind paying. The stuff he has deleted is really important. And yes he knows how stupid he is for not backing up

I don't think so, i've had a quick google and can't find anything for the recovery with the stand alone client
