Microsoft Outlook History

Anyone know if the history in Outlook and all it's features (Calender, Deleted emails etc) have a definate deletion time of 12 months after the current date?

A client is trying to access their calender for last September but it's just not there.

Is the user info stored on an exchange server? if so it depends how the server was set up. If its just a local install by default I thought it just kept everything. All my stuff is still in there from years ago.

You could check see if there is a calendar in archive folders
