Microsoft Outlook playing up

Hey.

I've got Microsoft outlook on my desktop and on my laptop, It's Outlook 2013, works perfectly on my laptop, but on my desk it won't sent email's keeps sticking on send/recieve and eventually says could not connect to the net work, problem is, I've checked the settings and they're all the same for desktop & laptop.

I disabled firewall/AV and same problem.

Does anyone know what the issue could be or have encountered this issue before and any idea on how to rectify this?

Windows 10 by any chance on the desktop?

Hi had the same problem, get the error code and type it in to google, it's a registry fix that was quite easy. Got mine up and running very quickly

I had to do exactly this too, googled the error and got the solution. Very odd one in that test messages work but not any other!
