Does anyone know of a good place who offer web mail exchange using outlook please? cheap as possible

urm, i think www.fasthosts.co.uk do. Don't know how good it is.

I'd take a look at www.forum2.co.uk and post a request in the requests forum, you will get a better variety of results.
