Does anyone know when MS retire TMG whether they are going to make UAG available in it's place as an internal use benefit?

The rumoured roadmap that I have seen is that TMG is rolled into the next release of UAG as effectively UAG is TMG under the hood with UAG on top.
As for when they stop selling TMG, its either end on NOV or DEC 2012 from the top of my head.
