From an employee level?

I know there are various degrees of partnerships such as Gold, etc.

But what does this mean for myself if I join a company with this accredidation?

Does it mean I have to be certified / put through so many exams?

Any clarification?

Cheers,

Macca

It's the company that's a partner, not you the individual. It means Microsoft will provide additional technical support and resources (such as discounted product licenses) to the company. I suspect you're thinking of accreditation or whatever the buzzword is these days - where you take courses to gain proficiency with Microsoft products.

/works for a Microsoft Gold partner. :)
