Searched on MS store not there.

Seems to be a video on how to get it from the Microsoft Store by changing your country\region to United States
Edit - Just tested here and once changed to US I can now download it from the store. I didn't download it but gives me the option to do so now after changing the region

I was able to find it by doing a simple search in Google, clicking a link and it taking me to the MS App store to download.
I'm in the UK. Didn't need anything special.
