Microsoft Picture It Publishing

Does anybody know if Publisher replaces all of the functionality of the old package Picture It Publishing?

Or does anybody have Microsoft Picture It Publishing and could send me some screen shots?

They're not even similar, are they? Publisher is what I use to do magazines (as opposed to Adobe Acrobat), but Picture It was just a photo editor as far as I know.

There was a package called Picture It Photo and another one called Picture It Publishing which is the one I am interested in but I cannot even find screen shots of this one online.

It is not for me but somebody else, I would like to know what I can migrate them to that will be similar, i.e not blow thier mind.
