Microsoft have released Microsoft Remote Desktop so you can now access your PC from iOS and Android:

Will have to give this a go, logmein works pretty well but always worth checking out any effort my Microsoft themselves.

This has reminded me that I was going to look into a remote desktop app to access my home PC so will give this a try, thanks for sharing.

It's alright. It could do with a portrait view & a way to connect without port forwarding.
