I can't believe they learnt nothing from Games for Windows Live.

Microsoft are pretty pig-headed, arrogant even.

Take Windows 8, during insider testing everyone said they hated the Metro UI and wanted the Start Menu back, they didn't listen, even tried to perceiver with it.

It wasn't until the Windows 8 sales and 7 to 8 upgrade figures came in that they realised no one wanted it.

So they appeared to u-turn and promised to put the Start Menu back with 8.1.
What they actually did was put a button on the desktop that when clicked takes you to the very same Metro UI they know people hate.
That just shows the level of their arrogance, rename the Metro IU Start and put the button for it where the Start Menu used to be.
They are taking the #### out of the request for a return of the Start Menu.
