Microsoft Surface Laptop 4

I’ve looked for a few laptops to replace a (very) old one that’s used for general office stuff. Portability is key here.

Aside from cost, the Surface Laptop 4 keeps coming up as an extremely good option. Fast, portable, reasonable battery life, good screen, good keyboard, quiet, and no fan at all (as long as you spec the lowliest CPU).

Is there a catch? Has anyone got one?

We've been very happy with it, it's a fantastic all rounder.

The screen is fantastic, it's fast and portable.

The only gripes are storage (mines a 256gb), it's not easily upgradable and they're pricey.
