Things I have tried I started with this guide.

My host file.

Reset my firewall.
Disabled and then enabled teredo.

Just not sure what else to do.
Running windows 10 64bit.

Thanks for any advice you could give me.

How is the PC connected to the internet? Do you have access to the router?

EDIT: I just had a look at mine... for some reason, why it usually says NAT type moderate for me, it's now saying Teredo is unable to qualify. Clicked the Fix it button below and now it says NAT type is open, but server connectivity is still blocked.

And... a restart made it unable to qualify again. Maybe something to do with the latest Windows update?

EDIT 2: Been playing around with the PC at work now and something does seem odd, the NAT type actually randomly changes to no Teredo/Moderate/Open. Server connectivity however remains block.

Do you use PiHole, or some kind of DNS blocking service for ads?

If so, that might be the culprit. Some of the blocklists used on PiHole contain Microsoft endpoints, I have seen this on one of my machines in the past and had to hard code the endpoint IP into the Terado config in W10.
