microsoft to make own tablets

The target pricing for the Nexus tablet is supposed to be $149-$199. It's meant to be the tablet for the masses. We'll find out at the end of the month.

there is a table for the masses (in the UK) its the iPad,

most people dont even know what a tablet is... its a mysterious device for techies... an iPad on the other hand everyone knows about.....

windows tablet... android tablet all strange techie devices... normal people jsut want an iPad... ask most people with an iPad do they have a tablet and they would not have a clue what you are talking about..!

We will know tomorrow what Microsoft are planning and I hope they do
Have a good strategy as it would be a big shame if it was a big flop and it plays right into apples arms

I seriously hope it takes off, iPads are a computer fixers nightmware they never go wrong... we need windows on everything! virus, reboot loops, corrupt files, running slow complex interfact that only techie people can understand...

This could be interesting. Perhaps they can release something that can touch the untouchable (currently) iPad.

If they release some tablet form of Windows Phone that can't run normal Windows stuff, that will be suicide for Windows Phone and Microsoft's mobile aspirations.

I bet it's something lame though. :p

Two versions available, Windows RT and Full Windows complete with Intel chips

Edit - The full Intel one is larger than the RT, "Less than 2lbs and less than 14mm"

Edit 2 - "This has specs that rivals that of the best ultrabooks that have ever been announced."

If MS price themselves right and actually market the service properly (unlike Zune) they could be onto something HUGE here.
