microsoft updates

Hi is there any one who knows why when m/s updates down loads
microsoft.netframework1.1servicepack 1 it keeps on failing to install????
Its been hapening for about a month now and getting on my nerves. Havent changed any settings and it down loads all other updates????

Download the Service Pack manually and install..

Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1:-

Or just download and install the latest .NET Framework..
