Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Terminate?

Hey all

I've been getting this error on one of my pc's for a while now and I can't seem to get rid of it.

Does anyone know how I can fix it?

The programs it seems to effect is the Sticky Notes & Tablet PC Input Panel Accessory. (Occurs on startup)

Have you tried re-installing the MSVC runtime library? If it is affecting more than one application, it might have been corrupted.

do you need / want those programs? if not remove them from startup and sidestep the issue...

Yup I've tried downloading the 2010 but I get a message that the one installed is newer than the one i've downloaded? (I do have Visual Studio 2010 installed if that makes any difference?)

Yup I use both programs so don't really want to de-activate them.
