Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise x64

Hi there can anyone tell me if what this is .... Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise x64 ... ..i'm running 7 home is it better not sure what all these ifferent one do...John

If you don't know what the differences are, I can tell you you don't need it.

Just stick with the home version.

If you're using Windows 7 at work then there is a good chance that it will be Enterprise.
You'll probably need it for Domain membership etc.

If you're talking about using at home, then I doubt the legality of using Enterprise, so stick with the legal version.

It will only be Enterprise if the company has a Volume Licensing Agreement with Microsoft (and Windows 7 is part of their catalog).

Professional and Ultimate editions can also be domain clients.

Infact, Ultimate and Enterprise are the same thing (feature wise), just one is Volume Licensed.
