Microsoft Windows Media Keyboard

Ive seen this wireless keyboard for sale on OCUK, however it doesnt come with the IRDA receiver, and i have a few questions about this.

It says that it requires the remote control receiver which is supplied with the remote control which can be bought seperately, however i was wondering whether it was possible to get this keyboard working with the IRDA port on the Silverstone cases, such as the LC10M or LC14M? Does anyone know if this is possible.

Also, is windows xp media center edition required for this keyboard, or will it work with standard xp?

you can get those pretty cheap but i dont think they are at ocuk microsoft wireless multimedia 1.1 keyboard and a microsoft wireless standard optical mouse and it comes with the reciever

To use that keyboard you need to buy the remote control and you need to be running Windows Media Center Edition.

Microsoft are bringing out a much better mce keyboard that is wireless, not using irda and afaik should work on xp pro
