I am trying to creating a word form in mac word 2008. Is there any way I can link the form / field on a page to show the same text in a footer or header? For example I want the date entered in the form to show in each footer so that I do not have to keep adding it manually.

no experience of word 2008 , but can't you simply save as "template" under file?
Yeh I can do but what I mean is that I want to enter the date in to the date field on page 1 and then I want that date to appear on each of the page footers without me having to manually enter it each time.
