Microsoft Word help.

I am writing an essay in word and was wondering if there was a way to keep a bibliography at the end which, as I am typing, doesn't move down the page. So for example it is locked and regardless of how much I type on the other pages, it stays looking exactly the same and at the end of my document.

Hope you understand what I mean, help would be much appreciated.

Built into Word IIRC. Under the Insert menu then Document elements on my Mac version.
