The above control ive had a while and worked fine with my PC, since my brothers got the welcome xmas pressie of the Xbox360 ive now used it with that and again worked fine. However since then it now refuses to work on any PC. Still works with my brothers 360 but just will not work with any PC ive tried even when downloading latest vista/xp drivers for it...:( Are we talking RMA time because as said; i dont own the 360 and no longer live with parents unlike my bro's - so the control as it stands is useless to me now.

dont you need to sync it with the PC again if you've used it on your bro's 360?

AFAIK you can only have it connected to one device at a time, sync it with PC -OR- sync it with 360, can't do both without needing to re-sync it with one or the other

ah sorry lol i assumed you ment the wireless controller (that'll teach me for not checking the link)

Have you checked device manager to see if theres any problems there??

Yep and devive manager suggests all is well, control has been tested on 4 other PC's + one laptop and wont work on anything except the 360. Ive not managed to mix it up with my brother's controls since they are both wireless units so no idea what's up with this wired one. As i said it worked fine on PC's prior to been used on a 360, tis a weird problem indeed.

well the wired ones you get with a 360 work on a PC anyway, i use my wired one regularly on both pc and 360. i wonder if something has happened to it since you connected it like you suggested in the OP??

Yeah but no good for me since as said i no longer live with parents unlike my bro's and they wont want to give me either of their wireless controls. :) So think its RMA time on this wired one, unless someone can shed light on why it's acting up since been used with 360...
