What a shambles this seems to be
My Xbox series X has started just dumping back to dashboard midgame, Reset console, uninstalled and reinstalled games and same thing.
Checked online and the automatic warranty date is june last year, I bought it brand new for Xmas gone.
Theres an option onlien to have MS update your warranty based on your receipt.
I've tried calling. for warranty issues please contact us online, thanks for calling bye.
checked online, the chat system is diabolical, no matter which route you go it end up as have them call you back or chat to an xbox community gamer lol.
Clicking call-back repeatedly goes oops we cant do that right now try again later... 3 days now!
Anyone know of any actual way to speak to any of them?
