Has anyone seen the rumour about this being their entry into the portable gaming market?

I'd so love this to be true. But I don't know how it can play Xbox Live Arcade games if it's using Intel/nVidia processors and not PowerPC/ATi like the 360. :confused:

Also thats a playstation Dpad, i guess its a mock up photo like the PSP GO! ones are, It may exist but not in that form.

I haven't seen rumours about this but I HAVE seen rumors about the Zune HD - Microsoft have said they have something to announce in June for Zune lovers (me included) and I've read that it will play XBLA games...

Looks like a NES controller with a screen.

Not even Microsoft with all their money can compete against Nintendo in the hand held market.

I think its going to be more of a iphone competitor rather than DS/PSP. I can see it having an app store as such based on the XNA platform (already in development for Zune i think).

Supposedly MS are going to release a mobile device that has some xbox live functionality, like the mobile phone that you could trade forza 2 cars on that was demo'd ages ago. Not a psp alike however.
