Microsoft's workplace software licenses

If I recall correctly Microsoft offer a form of licence to companies which allows their employees the right to install Microsoft Software (e.g MS Office) at home.

Is this correct? If so what is the term for this kind of licence?

That looks like the kind of thing I am after.

Is there anything else? I remember a few years ago, I was working at a company where IT would give you MS office on DVD, and we were told that they were entitled to under the terms of their licence with Microsoft.
