I've noticed that whilst listening to music or when gaming, my PC seems to stutter/crash/lag whatever you want to call it for a brief second or two. Anyone else experienced this and more importantly, know a way of getting rid of it?

What does task manager say is the system useage when it stutters?
Are your drivers all up-to-date?
I doubt that could cause it. A quick google suggests that it's a problem usually experienced by people using 2 GFX cards but I'm only using one.
I just looked at the CPU useage chart whilst listening to music and it barely goes above 3% so it's not that. Could it be something to do with hard drive access? I think most of the drivers are up-to-date but I'll check anyway.
