I’m a 9 - 5, mon – fri worker. I’m always hungry when I walk in the door and like to eat ASAP . Therefore I usually make meals the night before so I can heat them in the microwave when I get back from work, or make enough for a few nights, freeze it and reheat in the microwave a few days later, that sort of thing.
I’d say I reheat around 4 or 5 of my weekly, main evening meals in the microwave. The rest being prepared and eaten immediately.
I’m not talking boxed microwave food here, proper dinners that have all been plated then reheated.
So how often would you heat dinners in the microwave?
Does anyone see a problem with this?
