Hi everyone, my partner has a mid 2013 MacBook Air that she is very attached to. She still uses it for writing and teaching. However she is presently running into issues accessing a web portal that she needs for work. We have tried using Safari, Firefox and Chrome and it just gets stuck on the loading webpage. Chrome and Firefox report that they are using the latest version, however I suspect this is the latest supported version as the year is 2022 or 2023.
I am not sure what version of the operating system it’s using, however it looks like an old version of OSX. She will be upgrading to a new M3 MacBook Air in a few weeks.
Is there anything she can do in the meantime? Perhaps download another web browser?
Thankfully she has been able to use the PC for the web portal access as a work around!
