Mid budget Gaming Computer

Hi, basically I am not very good technically, I just like playing games so I was wondering if any of you guys with much superior knowledge could help me decide what is the best value for money computer I can get.

So anyway, I basicaly want the best gaming computer I can get with a budget of roughly £1250 (can go over if you believe if it worth it).

If it is cheaper to buy a gaming keyboard and mouse included rather than via an alternate seller then I do not mind paying extra for that.

Oh I also do not need a monitor.

I also want as much longevity as possible so if it is required to go over budget to get extra coolant or fans I do not mind as it will be worth it in the long run.

If it is considerably cheaper to build it myself I would definitely do that. I do not have experience at this, but I hear it is relatively easy to do and I have a couple of friends who have done it recently.

Yeah I do require an OS.
I have no particular ones in mind, whichever are best for gaming but not too expensive I get. I have never owned a specific gaming keyboard or mouse before.
Size is not issue.
No components already unfortunately, got to be from scratch.

I know it's considerably over the budget I set, which kind of defeats the purpose of setting a budget. I just feel as though I might be spending a tiny bit extra so I don't have to downgrade on certain bits.

I also read somewhere that this particular tower case has the space to have extra fans installed, anyone know if this is true? I'd rather have as much cooling as possible to extend the longevity of it.

Yeah I have speakers built into my monitor.

Yeah I might get some red LEDs to put in.

I might add an optical drive as well to be honest.
