Probably a long-shot, and will no doubt end up buying a new mouse, but annoying to say the least!
I've just built a new Windows 10 Pro 64bit PC, and while testing I've noticed the Middle Mouse Button is not picked up by any games. The mouse is a Corsair M40, and works perfectly on my old Windows 7 machine, and all buttons work fine on the Windows 10 machine, but nothing I've tried will get the mouse button to work.
Just to be clear the middle mouse button is a button wheel, the wheelie works for scrolling, the depression bit is only working in its effect on me!.

I've tried...
- Rebooting
- Different USB ports 2&3, & rebooting
- Removing the driver and letting windows re-install it.
- I've even found Corsair CORM40 drivers, but windows refuses to install it saying the best driver is installed (tbf, I have a sneaky suspicion the driver is 32bit not 64bit) bit still annoying when you know the mouse is fine and Windows says it "....has the best driver installed".
- Surfing for every MMB issue I can find online, but still no joy
