Hopefully we can share some supermarket secret recipes, like the one i'm about to show.

You know the type, your absolutely starving and have a mixture of frozen and fresh in, if there's enough interest ill share the recipes of some of the things I eat in the near future, and id love to see some more concoctions.

This is a pretty basic one.

Birdseye Breaded Chicken Burgers, Onion Rings, Grilled Cheese, Bacon and Piccalilli with mayonnaise and mixed leaf salad with tomato slices.

Chicken super noodles, on the hob. Flavouring in first, some extra paprika, cayenne pepper and a sprinkling of garlic powder. Turn the noodles over when the bottom's softened slightly, then when completely softened, add half a small chopped red onion. When that's softened and there's just a little liquid left, add a tin of tuna fish and stir. Delicious if I do say so myself, although not everyone enjoys the consistency of super noodles (my Grandmother included - although she always asks me for a taste as they smell so delicious).
