My £60 cooler master v8 arrived today, and is giving out the same temps as my £15 asaka 965 did.

I feel like I've been violated.

It happens to the best of us unfortunately; sometimes something can look like a sure thing but you get stung. It's a shame you missed the thread a week or two back where the cooler got slammed in a review.

I don't think the 4870x2 just below it is helping, might need a new case too

I ordered a Noctua last week, hasn;t been dispatched yet, damn shame, I wished to install and spend some time over the weekend overclocking. Websites has shown 10+ in stock all week, but aparently there is no stock, must be a website oversight. Will have to wait until they've stock.
