If you get hold of a wireless router that supports 'client mode' you'd be able to connect it to the hotspot using wireless. You can then connect the router's Ethernet to a wired network.
The TP-Link TL-WR702N used to be good for this. You could probably also do it using one of the adapters used to add wireless to Ethernet only devices. Sky used to give them away for use with their older boxes.
I'm kind of doing this already with my network but using a router instead of the mifi (which is basically just a very small router with mobile internet)
I'm using a zyxel wap 3205 in client mode which then plugs into my wired network. My router then wirelessly connects to the zyxel wap (obviously same ip range and password etc added) and basically thats it although I've set fixed ip's etc....
