might be a stoopid ? but how to setup pwm fans

never used pwm fans before i always used a controller.i have my rad fans which are vipers connected to my motherboards pwm plugs.do i need to set anything in bios or do they just get controlled as they are.they seem to be at full speed all the time

should be a percentage for mb fans in the bios somewhere,or labelled as standard/turbo/manual ect

Whats reccomended setting.

I5-2500K CPU with Arctic Cooler Freezer 13.

In my bios I have Auto/Silent/Disbaled i think
