Might have a trojan need help pls

Hi, My PC seemed really slow so I got task manager up and saw explorer was using 100% cpu even though it was at google homepage and made my pc almost unusable.I've ran a virus scan with retail version of AVG 7.5 with latest update which found nothing.I typing explorer.exe on google to what the process does...

explorer.exe is a process which is registered as a trojan. This Trojan allows attackers to access your computer from remote locations, stealing passwords, Internet banking and personal data. This process is a security risk and should be removed from your system.

What they didnt tell you , who is it registered with for being a trojan, that site just wants to scare you so you buy there product.

its likely its not a trojan, just explorer.exe which is a shell program that gives you your windows gui , and it seems it has crashed.

bring up task manager and end explorer.exe process then goto file and then run then type explorer.exe to reload it.

all should be fine

Explorer.exe often crashes on me, using 1 full HT core (50% of cpu), terminating the process and restarting it fixes it usually...
