Migrate from one domain to a new domain

Hi chaps,

Just a after a few pointers really. Due to circumstances outside our control, we need to move one of our customers to a brand new domain.

I was just after a few tips on best ways of moving active directory users from one domain to another, and also, moving their Exchange 2003 mailboxes on the old domain, to their new accounts on Exchange 2010 on the new domain?
