Does anyone know if it is possible to migrate all my mail from Thunderbird into Mail in Vista? I have had a look around and I'm not sure it's possible but thought I would ask here.

It's for Outlook and Outlook Express, but I'd say you'd be able to drag/drop .eml files into Vista mail.
