Migrate my Windows OS to a new SSD

Currently have a 128GB Crucial M4, and a 256GB one is in the post. Plan is to migrate my current Windows build onto the new drive, then put the old one in my MBP.

What's the best free software for this? Or am I better off just doing a fresh install?

I'm going to just reinstall it.

I'm sad and actually lol at how fast the service pack installs.
