Migrating from ADSL MAX (UKFSN to Be Unlimited)

Has anyone had any problems with migration? I want to keep the downtime to a minimum if possible as we have a houseful of internet users.

In your experiences how much downtime are we likely to be faced with?

I think it was 2-3 hours for me, but I've heard it being as little as 5 minutes for some people.

They normally say 30 minutes to an hour. I have never noticed it before because it happened overnight when i was asleep.

I done the same migrating from UKFSN to Be at the start of the year. Changeover was straightforward and was done in the middle of the night. Initially I signed up for the Unlimited upto 24mb package, but because I live far from the exchange could only get 4mb, I then regraded for free to the cheaper Value package. Still happy with 4mb on Be as I was previously on 1.9mb on UKFSN max.
