Hi all,
I've been with AOL since the beginning of time (10+ years), currently on their Silver package (2meg i think) for £14.99 per month but i've been reading so many good things about Be recently i've been thinking it's maybe time to switch to their Unlimited 24meg package for just an extra £3 per month.
So, I just phoned AOL to get a MAC code and obviously they tried everything under the sun to get me to stay, but one of the things the guy did say that made me hesitate was that my line was only capable of 4.1meg and he could offer me that service for just £9.99 a month.
I guess my first question is how can i confirm that this is true? Because if it is then switching to Be for what I thought would be super fast broadband, wouldn't be a smart move, would it not?
